DRIVER'S TRAINING

Well trained drivers are the assets of the company. They are the brand ambassadors of an Organisation while driving on roads. Expertise of a well trained driver not only enhance the safety and ease of the passengers he is carrying, but also improves the productivity of the company.
Jitendra Tour & Travels is proud of its in-house training department.
We have specified training programs for Drivers and we conduct regular fortnightly and routine trainings.
The Driver’s Training Program is divided into two parts:-
1-Induction Program –
  • This is a new driving training curriculum.
  • This program covers introduction about the company, job procedure, rules & regulations, safety measures, interpersonal skills and legal compliances.
  • 2-Routine training –
  • This training is for all the drivers and the staff and is conducted on quarterly basis.
  • This program serves as a memory refresh, and the feedbacks received emphasise on safety measurements, interpersonal skills, rules and regulations and continuous improvement.
  • FDAS Alarm

    All buses equipped with FDAS alarm ,Fire Detection, Alarm & Suppression System (FDSS), as the name suggests, will be able to detect fire hazards in the engine compartment using sensors that can receive inputs when temperatures are higher than usual or the rate of rise in temperature is abnormal.
    The system then notifies the driver with visual and audible warnings or alarms. The audible warnings can be deactivated manually in order to avoid unnecessary panic among passengers. The driver will still receive a visual notification in the bus's instrument console or a separate control panel. "The fire extinguishing cylinders fitted in buses are linked to the engine through a pipe. as soon as the fire is detected, the liquid from the cylinder is released and sprayed quickly to douse the fire," shared a concerned official. "This will be implemented without any failure.

    Panic switch

    there will be four panic buttons installed in four different places in a bus, Pressing any of them gives a loud beeping alarm for 40 seconds continuously. This cannot be deactivated during these 40 seconds.

    First Aid Box

    All buses are equipped with Apollo first kit ,carry case which accommodates all the medicines in an organised manner and includes Crepe Bandage, Adhesive Bandages, Pain Relief Spray, Povidone Iodine Ointment, Digital Thermometer, Antiseptic liquid, Surgical Tape, Antacid tablets, ORS Sachet, Clove Oil, Disprin Tablets, Paracetamol IP, Cotton

    Emergency Hammer

    As per AIS 052 – Small hammer is provided in all the buses

    Passenger Camera

    2 nos CC TV camera with mDVR of min. 500 GB Recording is equipped in all the buses.

    Emergency Door

    Our all buses have emergency door with foot steps on skirt panel.
